Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance Work Schedule: Onsite Monday-Thursday, Role Overview:The TDL Instructor Fellow will support joint tactical training efforts while learning how military capabilities are delivered, managed, and sustained in a corporate defense environment. Fellows work alongside experienced professionals and gain insight into instructional program execution, stakeholder coordination, and customer-facing support.Participation in the fellowship does not guarantee employment; however, fellows may be eligible to interview for available positions at the conclusion of the program.Key Learning & ResponsibilitiesWith mentorship and supervision, the Fellow may support:Curriculum development and instruction for Joint Interface Data (JID) coursesJoint, allied, and coalition training and exercise support Coordination with Combatant Command staffs for exercise planningPreparation and review of OPTASK LINK messagesLink 16 network planning and modification supportAnalysis of multi-TDL architecture performanceCoordination with development and acquisition agenciesConfiguration management support for JICO automated toolsCourse planning, scheduling, and student coordinationCourseware updates and electronic classroom enhancementsSupport to Mobile Training Team (MTT) activities as applicableSpecific SkillsetJob Specific SkillsRequirementsEducation & CertificationsAssociate degree or equivalent experienceAbility to obtain and maintain JICO Instructor qualificationsDesired Skills & ExperienceTactical Data Link (TDL) or Link 16 experienceMilitary instructor or training experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and in team environmentsInstructional Systems Design (ISD) or curriculum development experienceAbility to support worldwide training missionsBuild Your Career With UsLinchpin Solutions’ professional services organization is committed to delivering qualified candidates that meet or exceed clients’ technical and management expectations.
