Responsibilities • Prepare and file individual, business, and corporate tax returns with precision and compliance to current regulations • Analyze financial documents, including income statements, balance sheets, and bookkeeping records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage • Offer expert guidance on tax deductions, credits, and planning strategies to optimize client savings • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate filings and compliance • Assist clients with financial concepts, analysis skills, and understanding of complex tax issues in a clear and approachable manner • Utilize technical accounting skills to review financial data, perform calculations involving 10 key typing accuracy, and ensure data integrity • Promote financial software solutions and accounting tools to clients while supporting their bookkeeping needs • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally while fostering trust and long-term relationships Qualifications • Proven experience in tax preparation, public accounting, or related financial roles with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms • Solid knowledge of financial concepts including analysis skills, corporate accounting practices, and bookkeeping procedures • Demonstrated ability to perform math accurately under pressure and handle detailed analysis tasks • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly • Experience in marketing or sales is a plus for promoting services effectively within the community or client base • Strong technical accounting background combined with analysis skills to interpret financial data accurately • Ability to work independently on a commission-based structure while maintaining high motivation levels Join us today to turn your expertise into tangible results! There is ample opportunity for more pay as it is dependent upon you work ethic and ability to market yourself for new clients! I am in search for tax preparers with at least 1 season of experience however we are willing to teach and train to help develop your career!
