The Tax Manager will serve as a key leader within the Tax practice, working adjacent to the Service Delivery Director to support and grow tax operations. This role combines hands-on tax expertise with team leadership, client relationship management, and business development support. The ideal candidate will help expand the Philippines-based tax team while ensuring high-quality service delivery for US individual and corporate tax clients. Responsibilities: Service Delivery & Operations Support the Service Delivery function within the Tax practice Oversee team operations and ensure quality deliverables Handle functional work for client firms Assist in US Readiness Program initiatives Learn and adapt to Philippines operations, hiring, and service delivery processes within 3 months Participate in Business Development calls Advise on the types of tax professionals available in the Philippines Support initiatives to grow tax teams in the Philippines Collaborate cross-functionally with US leadership Collaborate globally with Service Delivery counterparts in India, LATAM, and future expansion regions Team Leadership Manage and develop a tax team based in the Philippines Lead the performance review process for team members Assist with technical interviews to assess candidate qualifications Help form tax teams for clients Client Management Provide insights during client discovery calls and intake meetings Build and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and deliver solutions Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5-7 years of Tax experience 2-3 years of management experience US Taxation expertise (both individual and corporate) CPA firm experience required CPA - Preferred; MBA - Preferred SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite Strong data analysis and reporting skills Experience with accounting software and documentation tools Excellent leadership abilities Effective listening and communication skills WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST #LI-PS1
