Tax ManagerResponsibilities: • Develop and implement tax strategies aligned with retirement and wealth management goals. • Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, trusts, and investment entities. • Advise clients on tax-efficient investment strategies, estate planning, and retirement distributions. • Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and monitor changes in tax laws impacting retirement planning.• Collaborate with financial advisors and portfolio managers to deliver integrated client solutions. • Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices.
