I'm seeking an experienced tax attorney or ERC specialist to help expedite a pending Employee Retention Credit (ERC/ERTC) claim for my company that has been stalled with the IRS for an extended period.
Situation:
Our ERC claim was initially prepared in May 2023 and officially filed with the IRS in September 2023. We are owed a six-figure refund across multiple qualifying quarters (Q4 2020, Q1 2021, Q3 2021). Despite the claim being filed nearly two and a half years ago, we have yet to receive any payment from the IRS.
