Collaborate with team members to analyze financial data and provide insights for financial planning purposes.
Maintain organized records of client information, tax documents, and correspondence.
Stay updated on changes in tax legislation that may impact clients' financial situations.
Provide support during audits by gathering necessary documentation and responding to inquiries from tax authorities.
Skills
Proficiency in financial software applications related to accounting and tax preparation.
Strong knowledge of public accounting principles and practices.
Experience in tax accounting, including familiarity with various types of taxes (income, sales, payroll).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform financial analysis and planning.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and explain complex tax concepts.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
