WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax Accountant who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing a multitude of accounting activities including comprehensive, large-scale financial planning, reporting, and auditing tasks. You should possess a deep understanding of the intricacies of financial regulations and tax laws across various jurisdictions, showcasing an ability to navigate complex financial landscapes with precision and confidence. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Manage taxes, prepare tax returns, and provide any reconciliation with the tax authorities. • Devise and execute a tax strategy for the company that helps minimize the tax burden for the US entity • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, AR, AP, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Revenue Recognition, and Expenses Recognition. • Prepare and publish on time monthly/quarterly and annual reports. • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting. • Take the lead on payments and treasury management. • Communicate with external advisors including payroll advisors. • Communicate with banks on any issues that may arise. • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. • Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings. • Document and develop business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. • Help to coordinate any administrative issues. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Must haves: • Degree in Tax, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or Economics. • High level of attention to detail. • Experience in creating financial statements and submitting tax returns. • Thorough knowledge of tax and accounting principles and procedures. • Demonstrate ability and willingness to lead and build processes. • Experience with treasury tools.
