About the positionResponsibilities
Providing guests with an excellent tasting and purchasing experience
Learning about wines, winemaking practices, vineyards, and history to confidently tell the TWC story
Effectively balancing multiple tables while delivering personalized experiences
Processing sales transactions and maintaining customer data in the POS system quickly and accurately
Performing opening and closing procedures, stocking wine, and moving cases, keeping guest areas and supply stations clean and well organized
Requirements
At least 21 years of age
1+ years recent wine sales and hospitality/service experience
Reliably work 3-4 shifts per week as scheduled including weekends and holidays
Lifting 45 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift
Standing and walking for long periods of time
A gracious and professional demeanor
Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills
Able to navigate POS quickly and accurately for sales transactions and maintaining customer data
Following company policies and procedures
Sufficient wine knowledge, work experience, and physical ability to successfully perform the job
