TAS Associate - M&A Deal Analytics

As a M&A Analytics Associate, you will assist in project scoping, research business strategies, and develop analyses while collaborating with cross-functional teams to present findings and prepare client deliverables. Responsibilities Perform (as part of a team) data analytics for clients who are acquiring or divesting businesses (US and international) Prepare detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate their acquisition and divestiture decisions and financing requirements Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis Interact with the other functional areas of the practice including tax, audit and other consulting practices Skills Minimum B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university by the time employment commences Major and/or minor in Accounting, Finance and/or Data Analytics Travel is required.
