The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Target eCommerce Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Executing a best-in-class brand-level and product-level eCommerce consumer experience for a key multichannel retailer. This will include... analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, online sales mix to inform strategy adjustments. Optimizing product presence by leading the strategy behind the GSC (global service center) syndication process for Target and ultimately owning the content health score across all of our consumer brands. Specifically, the guest experience with our digital shelf and implementing digital marketing programs to drive online sales. Works with the Target team building relationships with the buying teams, Site Merchants and the Digital Product Content team to partner on effective ways of working and driving growth. Also works cross-functionally with 3M Sales managers, Shopper Marketing, Commerce Catalysts, GSC, and Brand Communications. Manage the Roundel Media Studio platform for Target Product Ad media activities and associated budget. Drive understanding of eCommerce impact amongst CBG (Consumer Business Group) marketers, sales managers and management through best practice sharing, reports/dashboards and presentations. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Four (4) combined years of eCommerce, digital marketing and/or merchandising experience in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Two (2) years of experience with a Digital Shelf, Product Information Management (PIM) and / or Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool Strong engagement and collaboration skills Previous experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills Self-directed with the ability to juggle dynamic priorities Experience with eCommerce analytics Curious and passionate about product content and its role as a marketing tool Embraces a growth mindset and test & learn methodologies Experience with Salsify Experience with Target systems such as IMN, Launchpad, and vendor POL Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Minneapolis Target sales office and/or Maplewood 3M Center at least 1 day per week) Travel: May include up to 10% domestic Relocation Assistance: May be authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
