Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Talent Sourcer (Russian Speaking) to join our remote team for full-time employment.
As a Talent Sourcer (Russian Speaking) at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:
Use various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, social media, and referrals) to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates for open and future roles.Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.Conduct detailed market analysis to understand the talent landscape, identify top talent pools, and provide insights to hiring managers and recruiters.Conduct initial pre-screening of potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the organization.Manage and update the candidate database to ensure a strong pipeline for current and future openings.Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our brand and values in every candidate interaction.Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role and align sourcing strategies accordingly.Maintain regular communication with passive candidates, nurturing relationships and building interest in current and future opportunities.
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in social scienceAt least 1 year of relevant experience in the same or similar roleHigh level of ability to write and speak in Russian and English languageExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suiteExcellent time communication skillsOpen-minded person
Will be considered a plus:
Previous experience working in the ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) Experience in working within a multinational environmentExperience sourcing talent in Russian/Belarussian/Ukrainian markets
