We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.About the EngagementEliseAI is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to provide sourcing services across technical, business, and go-to-market functions on a contract basis. This is an independent contractor engagement focused on delivering high-quality candidate pipelines and vetted talent for open roles.This is a remote, project-based engagement with an initial term of four (4) months, with the potential for extension based on business needs.Scope of Work & DeliverablesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned roles across technical, operations, business, and/or go-to-market functionsBuild and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines aligned to defined role criteriaProactively identify and engage prospective candidates using professional sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search techniques, and other relevant channels)Conduct initial qualification conversations to assess candidate alignment with required experience, skills, and role expectationsProvide written candidate summaries and recommendations for submitted candidatesDeliver agreed-upon pipeline metrics and candidate submissions within mutually established timelinesQualifications4+ years of experience in a sourcing-focused role, ideally in a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech environmentExperience sourcing for a mix of technical (e.g., engineering, product), business (e.g., operations, strategy), and/or go-to-market rolesStrong track record of identifying and engaging high-quality, often passive candidatesExperience conducting structured qualification conversationsStrong research skills and fluency with modern sourcing tools and platformsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to independently manage multiple searches and deliver consistent, high-quality candidate pipelinesEngagement DetailsIndependent contractor engagementInitial term of four (4) months, with potential extensionRemote role; candidates based in NYC area are welcome (but not required) to work from our office if they preferCompensation and deliverables to be defined in the contractor agreementJob Compensation RangeThe hourly range for this role is $30 - $80.
