The Role
We're looking for a Talent Sourcer to help us identify and engage exceptional scientists for senior roles across our network. You'll work directly with leadership to fill critical positions at early-stage biotech companies and research organizations.
What You'll Do
⢠Source and identify senior scientists, engineers, technical entrepreneurs, and other senior talent in the sciences, biotech, and deep tech fields
⢠Build and maintain pipelines for candidate leads using LinkedIn, academic networks, conferences, publications, and other sources
⢠Conduct initial outreach and screen candidates for fit
⢠Track candidates through our CRM and coordinate handoffs to hiring leads
⢠Research emerging talent pools and map competitive landscapes
You're a Fit If
⢠2+ years experience sourcing scientific/technical roles (biotech, pharma, or deep tech)
⢠You can read a paper abstract and understand what someone actually does
⢠Strong written communication ā your outreach gets responses
⢠Organized, self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity
⢠Bonus: familiarity with life science, academic hiring, senior scientific recruiting
