We are investing.What you get to do:Sell direct hire staffing solutions within Business Administration & Operations vertical by identifying and engaging prospects in need of workforce servicesBuild and foster strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers through phone, text, email, social media, in-person meetingsDrive revenue and gross margin by executing high-impact sales activities, including cold calls, virtual meetings, and on-site client visitsResponsible for generating gross profit through personal production, including selling segment orders within the market, and meeting revenue, gross margin, and other financial objectives.Negotiate direct hire permanent fees to maximum profitability while delivering high-quality workforce solutionsEffectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidatesOffer innovative and strategic workforce solutions, diagnosing workforce gaps and providing services that exceed client and candidate services that consistently delight our clients and talentWhat you need to bring:Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of proven experience in selling direct hire and permanent placement solutions is requiredPreferably background knowledge in Finance & Accounting, office & administration and/or Human Resources, understanding industry trends and client hiring needs Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, presentation, and customer service skillsAbility to connect with hiring managers and candidates through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetingsTrack record of delivering results in a metrics-driven or tech-savvy environmentExperience or quick adaptability utilizing digital tools and google suite applicationsProficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drivesThis job posting is open for 4 weeks.PandoLogic.
