Recruit for community positions, primarily focusing on front-line roles
Identify talent and build applicant pipelines through various outreach methods
Coordinate and advertise recruitment events, including job fairs

Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, legal practices, and key performance metrics
What Is Required (Qualifications)
1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-site, agency, or healthcare environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple duties and priorities with exceptional organizational skills
Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous training experience highly desired
Strong sourcing background and knowledge of recruitment job boards and platforms
