ResponsibilitiesPrimarily responsible for sustaining and processing client’s payroll activities within established target timelineEnsure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates in client’s payroll reports including new hires, resignations and changes to salaries and statutory deductionPartner and work collaboratively with both internal teams and external vendors to support in delivering payroll reports timely and ensure quality of client’s satisfaction are metUnderstand and maintain country specific content knowledge across multiple countries for legal and tax requirement on payrollsWith proven experience in providing a high standard of quality of payroll checking and verification activitiesCollaborate with other departments such as Account Management, Business Development, and Finance to maintain strong working relationships and ensure seamless communication and execution of payroll activitiesRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines, or equivalent business experienceAt least 1 year of experience in performing payroll functions, preferably in an outsourcing or multi-country environmentAbility to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively with all levels of management and co-teamsAn entrepreneurial mentality, willing to explore and learn new fieldsFluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin communication is a mustBenefitsUnlimited holidays (but sorry, you cannot cash out)Work from anywhere in the world (as long as it’s safe and healthy)Flexible working hoursLaptop buy-back policySeasonal bonusEqual Employment Opportunity DisclaimerAt Slasify, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
