Required experience and skills
• Practical experience with CRM tools such as SalesForce, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, or others;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Analytical mindset, with data-driven decision-making;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Proficiency in test analysis based on statistical significance;
• Strong writing skills and knowledge of CRO for email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS;
• Proactive in suggesting improvements to day-to-day processes and new initiatives to achieve results;
A Plus
• Experience working at fintechs or companies in the financial market—and e-commerce or retail companies;
• Plus—Experience with the Customer.io Platform: Automation, Data, Content Creation.
In your day-to-day work, we will empower you to:
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand and prioritize demands;
• Develop briefings for the creation and validation of communications;
• Implement the strategy in the campaign management tool;
• Organize tests to validate hypotheses;
• Manage the backlog and prioritize tasks;
• Analyze results and suggest improvements based on data;
• Set up campaign mechanics;
• Adhere to the seasonal campaign calendar;
• Draft ad-hoc communications.
