You'll work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. If you're a motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for customer service and business development, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Market arenaflex services to new and existing clients through telephone, video, and in-person meetings * Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled industry professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities * Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates * Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates * Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase arenaflex's presence in the local business community * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to drive business growth and revenue * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition **Essential Qualifications** * Degree preferred * 1+ years industry experience preferred * 2+ years' experience with Business Development in a Metrics-Driven environment * Prior success marketing to and closing top-level decision makers at small/medium-sized businesses * Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce) * Knowledge and familiarity with industry department operations * Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Proven track record of success in business development and revenue growth * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with CRM software and other recruitment tools **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong business development and sales skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM software * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
