Scripps offers a remote work option for this position.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Assist in developing and implementing talent initiatives that align with our enterprise prioritiesSupport the design and execution of employee development lifecycle programs covering assessment, development, and retentionDevelop specifications for talent management systems, processes, and trainingExecute and maintain assigned talent management programs and processesTrack and support strategies that advance high-potential talent within the organizationProvide guidance to HR Business Partners on executing talent management processesCollaborate with our learning and leadership development team to deliver impactful talent programsWHAT YOU'LL NEED:BS/BA in related disciplineGenerally 3+ years of experience in related field; certification a plusWHAT YOU'LL BRING:Experience with talent management programs strongly preferredProject management expertiseEstablished customer service skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUp-to-date knowledge of talent management practicesAbility to translate data into action/opportunities with guidanceExceptional proficiency with Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and PowerPointIf you are a current Scripps employee, please do not apply on this site.
