Key Responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day sports industry information lead for the Talent Office, staying up-to-date on the latest news, trends, and developments in the sports world. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ESPN's content, including the cadence of specific sport calendars and the usage of talent across various platforms. Prepare comprehensive and succinct written briefings for Talent-related meetings, providing critical insights and analysis to support business decisions. Foster strong relationships with talent and their representatives, identifying and assisting with their needs while traveling and on campus. Communicate effectively and efficiently with the Talent Office team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Demonstrate a high level of trust and confidentiality when working with sensitive information daily. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Talent Office, Sports Industry, or Sports Information role, with a proven track record of providing critical insights and support. A high level of trust and confidentiality to work with sensitive information daily. Strong industry contacts and a deep understanding of the sports industry. The ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. A strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work as part of a dynamic team.
