As a Talent Information Specialist, you will be an integral part of this team, providing valuable insights and support to help drive business success. Key Responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day sports industry information lead for the Talent Office, staying up-to-date on the latest news, trends, and developments in the sports world. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ESPN's content, including the cadence of specific sport calendars and the usage of talent across various platforms. Prepare comprehensive and succinct written briefings for Talent-related meetings, providing critical insights and analysis to support business decisions. Foster strong relationships with talent and their representatives, identifying and assisting with their needs while traveling and on campus. Communicate effectively and efficiently with the Talent Office team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Demonstrate a high level of trust and confidentiality when working with sensitive information daily. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Talent Office, Sports Industry, or Sports Information role, with a proven track record of providing critical insights and support. A high level of trust and confidentiality to work with sensitive information daily. Strong industry contacts and a deep understanding of the sports industry. The ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. A strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work as part of a dynamic team. Preferred Qualifications To take your application to the next level, you will ideally have: Previous experience or roles related to sports information, with a deep understanding of the industry and its key players. A professional and diplomatic approach when dealing with internal and external personalities. A high level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. What We Offer As a Talent Information Specialist at ESPN, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary, ranging from $57,810 to $77,550 per year, based on a 40-hour work week. You will also be eligible for a bonus and/or long-term incentive units, as part of a comprehensive compensation package.
