Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Talent Coordinator for our Lifestyle vertical.This role will focus on assisting the Talent Managers, and their roster, to maintain relationships with both brands and talent. While acting as the support for every stage of the lifecycle of a creator project, and being responsible for keeping things organized and running smoothly.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media/content creators and is extremely organized.
Responsibilities
• Own campaign execution between brands and creators including managing timelines, contracts, deliverables and approvals
• Update trackers and CRMs for talent and brand campaigns
• Liaise with and advocate for lifestyle talent with internal sales, content, community and content services teams
• Compile campaign recaps and talent one-sheets
• Foster strong relationships with existing talent while keeping tabs on rising creators in the lifestyle vertical
Qualifications
• 2+ years in sales or marketing; experience working with influencers is strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms; loves the world of content creators
• A self starter able to stay on task in a fully remote, fast paced organization
• Highly organized and motivated to go above and beyond
• Passion for culture, creativity and building the next generation of superstars
