What You'll Be Doing: Talent Attraction and Beyond

As a Talent Attraction Specialist with LHH Recruitment Solutions, you'll be at the heart of what we do: people. Your mission will be to develop creative strategies to source top talent and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for professional services opportunities. You'll have the autonomy to manage current associates within our Applicant Tracking System, assessing their ongoing performance and placements with clients. Every day will require your exceptional communication skills, decision-making abilities, and a growth mindset to make a positive impact on our clients, teams, and your career.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement creative strategies to source top talent for professional services opportunities
Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to manage current associates, assess their performance, and optimize placements with clients
Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with employment-related laws, rules, and regulations, applying this knowledge to drive best practices
Leverage Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to drive efficiency and productivity

Essential Qualifications:


High school diploma with some work experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply employment-related laws, rules, and regulations
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)


Preferred Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., human resources, business administration)
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
Certifications in recruitment, talent management, or a related field
