Talent Agency Assistant
The Price Group is looking for an immediate hire to fill the position of Agency Assistant.
TPG is a well established boutique talent agency that represents clients in all areas TV/Film/Theatre. Previous agency experience and knowledge of Breakdown Express and Casting Networks is necessary. There is room for growth at the agency for the right candidate.
The position will be working to cover 2 very busy agents and handle all general office duties. This assistant will work on all types of projects and be expected to support the team as needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to heavy scheduling and phones, casting, submissions, pushes, breakdowns, managing confirms and holds, maintaining the website, handling contracts, editing sound & videos, talent scouting and general office duties. This is a very fast paced job with a heavy workload and some long days.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate, hardworking, motivated, organized individual who is able to pivot quickly when the situation requires, deal with big personalities and is interested in helping actors live their dreams. Previous industry experience is imperative and commercial and/or agency experience a plus. Candidates must have great attention to detail and an ability to multitask.
Interviews are happening immediately and will be ongoing until we fill the position.
Salary: This is an entry level position with room for growth. Salary is commensurate with experience but everyone starts at minimum wage for the first three months.
-Answering phone calls
-Track client auditions
-Interaction with managers, casting directors and actors via phone, email and in person.
-Submitting actors on Breakdown Express and Casting Networks
-Sending audition notifications to actors
-Collaborating with both actors and casting offices on scheduling
-Recording and organizing contacts, schedules, appointments, and bookings
-Providing input on clients
-Preparing pitches for casting/production offices
-General office organization
-Proficiency with Google Everything!
-Be available M-F for PST + EST hours and ''as needed'' virtually on weekends
