Overview:
Execute recruitment and staffing strategies for assigned departments and/or campuses with special emphasis on well qualified and diverse pool of candidates, timeliness, and cost effectiveness. Meet or exceed weekly productivity goals for filling of requisitions. This is an entry level recruiting position that requires involvement in all aspects of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on candidate sourcing. Pay Range: $50,000 - $ 60,000 *This is a Remote - TEMP position*
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify quality candidates using a variety of sourcing strategies including referrals, Company website, networking, internet, cold-calling, and print advertisingPartner with Talent Acquisition team members to ensure timely closure of assigned requisitions (by campus or department)Qualify and prescreen candidates based on job descriptions and qualificationsProcess hiring documentation timely and accurate use of applicant tracking system.Generate, track, and manage reports related to assigned open positionsProvide timely and thorough updates to hiring managerCoordinate and schedule interviews and test teachers based on hiring manager and applicant availabilityComplete required pre-employment processes i.e., reference checks, background, and credit checks prior to offerMake offers to applicants and negotiate salary requestsAssist with on-boarding procedures as neededPromote the Company, as assigned, at a variety of recruitment functions such as job fairs, career events, and/or association meetings targeted for special populationsOther duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Qualifications:Education: HS Diploma or GED (required) and two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR support roles -or- Associates Degree (preferred) Experience Coordinating hiring activities across the hiring processKnowledge base should include effectively supporting a Talent Acquisition team Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platformsExperience in high volume or specialized recruiting environments (preferred)High level of effective communication and organization skills (required)Skills Demonstrate basic understanding of core job functions and toolsFollow instructions and established procedures with supervisionParticipate in team discussions and training sessionsAsk clarifying questions to build understandingShow openness to feedback and learningUse standard software tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel) at a beginner levelMaintain focus on assigned tasks and meets basic deadlinesDemonstrate curiosity and willingness to develop new skillsFollow structured guidance to complete assigned workBuilds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutionsAchieves results consistently, even in tough circumstancesDevelops and delivers multi-mode communications tailored to diverse audience needsSeeks new growth opportunities and challenges through formal and informal development channels About Us:It’s all about the reputation. 60 years of experience, trusted by 35+ industry leading brands, 16 campuses, 16 technical programs.
