As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier technology talent for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs and crafting compelling job descriptions to sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and facilitating the interview process. You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, build strong candidate pipelines, and cultivate lasting relationships with both clients and potential hires. Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements, company culture, and the specific technical skills needed for open positions. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates using a variety of tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and Boolean search techniques. Screen resumes and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and transparent experience. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and gather feedback. Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates. Stay current with market trends, compensation data, and recruitment best practices within the technology sector. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and build relationships within the tech community. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to clients and internal leadership. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency or for a technology-focused organization. Proven success in sourcing and attracting candidates for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, IT Management). Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A proactive and driven approach with a passion for connecting great talent with great opportunities.
