Company Description

We are supporting a growing organisation in the DRC to hire an experienced Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kinshasa, with relocation fully funded and salary paid in USD. We are particularly interested in candidates currently based in South Africa who are open to relocating for an international opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, corporate, and operational roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
• Drive sourcing strategies, screening, interviews, and offer management
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and referral networks
• Support employer branding and recruitment process improvements
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Requirements
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Bilingual (English & French) is strongly preferred
• Experience hiring across multiple roles and seniority levels
• Exposure to international or multicultural environments
• Open to relocating to Kinshasa, DRC (relocation support provided)
