Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter For Real Estate Team with Residual Income!

Homeology Real Estate is one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in Sacramento, dedicated to building strong careers for agents through a supportive environment. They are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to source and onboard high-quality agents, focusing on building long-term relationships and enhancing the team's growth. Responsibilities Combination of reviewing applications that we get from various job boards & letters to new agents along with making calls to agents in the market Conduct daily outreach via calls, texts, emails, social media, and LinkedIn Manage Indeed, LinkedIn and other job boards Re-engage past applicants and leads in our CRM Build warm pipelines and stay in communication with prospects Set appointments Close appointments Conduct 20-25 minute zoom screens Evaluate personality, motivation, culture fit, licensing status, and goals Filter out poor fits (protect leadershipโ€™s time) Move qualified candidates through the interview pipeline Schedule in person at the office interviews (We typically do group interviews but also 1 on 1 as well) Send confirmations and reminders Keep candidates warm and engaged Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in our CRM Connect agents with our admin team to get the onboarding paperwork going Track daily / weekly / yearly recruiting metrics Maintain clean data in our recruiting dashboard Deliver daily and weekly recruiting reports to leadership Consistently hit monthly KPIs around screening calls and interviews booked Skills Driven, friendly, organized personality Ability to source, attract, screen, and onboard high-quality real estate agents Experience in recruiting, relationship building, sales, and coordination Ability to balance relationships with multiple candidates at one time Strong organizational skills and time management skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Sociable and confident personality Money motivated and goal oriented Ability to conduct daily outreach via calls, texts, emails, social media, and LinkedIn Experience managing job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn Ability to evaluate personality, motivation, culture fit, licensing status, and goals Experience in scheduling and conducting interviews Ability to track daily/weekly/yearly recruiting metrics Experience maintaining clean data in a recruiting dashboard Ability to consistently hit monthly KPIs around screening calls and interviews booked Availability to meet prospective agents in person 1-2 times per week Legally authorized to work in the United States Benefits Massive career growth opportunities One of the strongest training ecosystems in Sacramento High-performance, supportive culture Leadership who actually invests in development Clear career path and income scaling Residual income opportunity (extremely rare in recruiting) Company Overview TOP 1% TEAM IN THE REGION!
