Responsibilities
Assist in hiring process by sourcing, screening and shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates in DevOps and Security deps
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure success
Requirements
2+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience with DevOps and Security hiring position
Experience of conducting competency-based interviews
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English
