Talent Acquisition Representative - Fargo, ND - Hybrid Schedule

The Talent Acquisition Representative will work with talent acquisition representatives and candidates to ensure all new hire pre-boarding activities are completed efficiently and effectively.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for working with talent acquisition representatives, talent advisors, employee health and candidates to ensure all required new hire pre-boarding activities are completed within established service-level agreementsPreboarding activities include, but are not limited to, coordination of pre-employment drug screening process, monitoring of pre-employment documentation/applications, monitoring I-9 completion and escalations process, reviewing job profiles, monitoring, and reviewing background checksAlso responsible for scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate travel when necessaryGreet new employees during their pre-boarding appointment making sure guests are comfortable and connected with the right personnelCollect identification documents and complete the I-9 management processTake badge photo/headshot to aid in badge creationManage scheduling of interviews by working directly with candidates and interviewersDevelop interview schedules and provide follow-up correspondence and status updates to candidates via phone, text, and email within established service-level agreementsReview job profile against job requisition and candidate qualifications for complianceConduct primary source verification of license, registration, certification, temporary permits, and credentialing requirements as regulated by the respective governing body for practice in a specific profession and required by the position job descriptionInitiate, monitor, and review state-specific background studies and fingerprinting processes, including scheduling fingerprinting appointmentsPartner with pre-boarding vendors to facilitate background screening and relocation processes, pre-employment drug screening and I-9 managementMonitor and review background checksConduct discussions with candidates regarding background check findingsEnsure new employees and transfer employees meet all licensing and credentialing requirements for the healthcare industry for their specific positionComplete reference check, where requiredMaintain and manage filing and other information management systems for the accurate and effective recording, storage, retrieval, and use of personnel dataResolve complex recruiting queries and non-standard recruiting requests that cannot be resolved by Employee Services Center (ESC)Track escalated issues and trendsUnderstand assigned service line(s) and assigned recruitment processes and technologiesManage time efficiently, communicate effectively, and execute all correlating processesPossess expertise in HR related technologiesSkillsAssociate degree required or equivalent combination post-secondary education and relevant work experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficeBachelor's degree preferredPreferred field of study in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or related degreeMinimum of one year experience in recruitment or related experience preferredExperience using recruitment process' and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or ability to learnBenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceA 401(k) retirement planWork/life balance benefitsA generous time off package to maintain a healthy home-work balanceCompany OverviewSanford is a healthcare company providing research, education and clinical care.
