Position
This role is the operational backbone of SSA’s Talent Acquisition function.
The Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator ensures recruiting projects move with precision and urgency. You will manage scheduling, ATS accuracy, candidate pipeline tracking, sourcing list development, and communication workflows.
This is a detail-driven, process-oriented role designed to free recruiters and hiring leaders to focus on evaluating and closing top talent.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Working on projects with minimal oversight. This includes solving simple and complex problems.Own interview scheduling across multiple time zones with speed and professionalismBuild and maintain candidate longlists using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databasesEnsure ATS accuracy, clean data entry, and real-time pipeline updateCoordinate interview logistics including calendar holds, confirmations, reminders, and follow-upsTrack candidate status and ensure zero pipeline stagnationCreate and manage recruiting dashboards and tracking sheetsDraft candidate outreach templates and follow-up communicationsSupport recruiters with sourcing research and talent mappingEnsure hiring managers submit interview feedback on timePrepare interview packets, scorecards, and briefing documentsHelp reduce time-to-hire through operational excellenceEscalate bottlenecks proactivelyMaintain a high-quality candidate experience through responsiveness and professionalismDeliverables & Outcomes
Interviews scheduled within 24 hours of requestZero scheduling errors or missed communicationsAccurate, real-time ATS reportingConsistent pipeline visibility for recruiters and leadershipReduced administrative burden on recruiters (target: 30–40% time reclaimed)Clean, standardized documentation across all searchesImproved time-to-hire through operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years' experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or project coordinationStrong experience working inside an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, etc.)Highly organized with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneouslyExcellent written English communication skillsComfortable working US business hoursProactive, not reactive — you anticipate needsHigh responsiveness and urgencyStrong systems and process mindsetExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
