Talent Acquisition Partner (F/M/X) Remote | 6-Month FTC Talent Acquisition is central to enabling LGC to deliver on its mission of 'Science for a Safer World' . You'll be supporting a range of functions within Axolabs at our brand new manufacturing facility in Berlin, focusing on sourcing the best talent possible and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. This is a remote role supporting our Berlin manufacturing site, offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract. What You'll Do: • Partner with Hiring Managers to solve key hiring problems across scientific and manufacturing niches. • Build high quality talent pipelines through various methods; direct sourcing, events and through advertising channels. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying any gaps and partnering with stakeholders to solve them. • Champion DEIB initiatives around Talent Acquisition. What You Bring: • Proven experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, ideally within the Life Science or manufacturing industry. • Demonstrable experience sourcing (boolean/x-ray search) and attracting talent in niche areas. • Sequential and data-driven mindset. • Experience partnering with stakeholders to solve complex and time-sensitive hiring challenges. • Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.
