Proven experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment Ability to juggle multiple roles, deadlines, and stakeholders at once Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in the face of changing priorities or candidate withdrawals Naturally curious about candidate motivation and a hiring manager’s true needs Adaptable and flexible as volumes fluctuate and priorities shift daily—or even hourly You search, follow up, love trying new sourcing ideas, and don't give up easily A confident communicator and natural relationship builder who enjoys talking to people all day Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience using PageUp or a similar applicant tracking system (desirable) Enjoys balancing structure with creativity and gets satisfaction from helping others succeed At integratedliving, you won’t just fill positions — you’ll help create a workforce that makes it possible for older Australians to live well at home.
