About the role:

As our Manager of Talent Acquisition at Siena AI, you will partner strategically with leadership to lead the TA function and scale our team.

What you’ll be doing:
• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement scalable hiring solutions and strategies across all verticals, from GTM to engineering. Partner with our People team and oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Culture and team environment: Lead with empathy to cultivate and amplify a vibrant culture spanning 5 continents.
• Total Rewards: Lead the development of competitive compensation and benefits structures. market insights to recommend attractive salary bands, incentive systems, and benefits packages that attract and retain top-tier talent.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilise data analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide actionable insights to optimise processes and enhance the hiring experience.

What we’re looking for:
• 10+ years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles.
• You’ve driven organisational growth by planning for workforce expansion and anticipating skills gaps. Your strategies have enabled the seamless integration of new team members during periods of rapid development.
• Strategic thinker with strong recruiting acumen. Excel in uncovering diverse top talent through innovative recruitment, crafting powerful employer branding; planning and forecasting strategic hiring aligned with the team’s needs.
• Experienced people leader that knows how to develop and grow teams, confident on your deep understanding of compensation philosophy and market trends to create competitive total rewards packages, implementing salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
• Passionate about technology, product development and optimising processes.
