Responsibilities:
Ā Design and oversee the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience, efficient hiring practices, and quality hires.
Ā Drive employer branding initiatives to establish the company as an employer of choice in the automotive industry and beyond.
Ā Identify and implement recruitment metrics, KPIs, and reporting methods to improve hiring efficiency, track progress, and enhance recruitment outcomes.
Ā Source and attract diverse talent across all levels and functions, ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.
Ā Collaborate with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and prioritize hiring efforts, ensuring alignment with the company's growth strategy.
Ā Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, including recruitment agencies, industry groups, and educational institutions.
Ā Develop and manage talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles to support proactive hiring needs and reduce time-to-hire.
Ā Provide regular hiring forecasts and performance updates to the executive team and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ā Oversee the offer process and coordinate seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Ā Support professional development and training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
Requirements:
Ā 4-5 years of agency recruiting experience with a successful track record in quality placements
Ā Proven experience in developing and executing scalable recruitment strategies in a high-growth environment.
Ā Strong background in recruitment process optimization, talent pipeline management, and employer branding.
Ā Experience in hiring for a diverse range of roles, ideally in both technical and non-technical functions.
Ā Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance recruiting teams.
Ā Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).
Ā Strong data-driven approach with experience in using analytics to measure and improve recruitment efforts.
Ā High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities.
Ā Resilient and adaptable, able to navigate various levels of the organization.
