The Position
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team in Edinburgh. You'll play a key administrative role supporting recruitment activities across our UK teams, ensuring candidates receive a first-class experience while keeping our hiring process running smoothly and efficiently.

Ensure candidates receive a best-in-class and memorable experience when applying and interviewing at FanDuel
Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and talent communities
Coordinate and schedule interviews, kick-off meetings and debriefs
Support with pre-employment processes including references, contracts and background checks
Assist with creating accurate and meaningful recruiting metrics
Organise and attend recruitment events
Support process improvements and employer branding initiatives

What We're Looking For

Experience in scheduling, coordination or related field
Exceptional organisational skills with great attention to detail
Ability to project manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter who can take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Great communicator who can work effectively with candidates and internal teams
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
