Talent Acquisition Associate Recruiter
M&T Bank is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate Recruiter to manage candidate development primarily at the non-exempt level. The role involves building relationships with job seekers, managing the candidate lifecycle, and ensuring a best-in-class talent slate to meet the bank's internal client expectations.ResponsibilitiesActively work with line managers to develop the strategy to build talent pipelines, interview, qualify and recommend top candidates to the business lineActively and proactively attract a quality work force and maintain applicant flow in filling current and future staffing needsNegotiate, extend offers and effectively close the candidateAdhere to government regulations, organizational policies, and system/data integrityBuild effective relationships with HR Business Partners, line management and employeesRoutinely provide insights into the competition for talentAttend job fairs and/or open housesReview resumes, and schedule and conduct screening interviews with preferred candidatesUnderstand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
