The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for conducting hiring procedures through selection & identification of resources to fill in the requisitions of the company within the agreed SLA.YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Conduct in-person, phone, or online interviews with candidates Ensure fulfillment of Rank-and-File requisitions Determine applicant qualifications against the job openings through conducting in depth interviews & appropriate skills tests Make sound recommendations & key asks to the hiring managers as needed Coordinate & follow through on interviews with the hiring managers Ensure fulfillment of requisitions within the agreed service level agreement Conduct job offer of newly hired employees Coordinate with the onboarding POC on the completion of pre-employment requirements of the applicants prior to onboarding
YOUR TALENT (QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelors Degree Psychology or any related field At least 6 months to 1 year of strategic recruitment experience from a fast-paced work environment Entry level or fresh graduates can be considered for the role Experience with using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus Willingness to learn and adaptable to a fast-paced recruiting environment Critical thinker & pro-active in coming up with new ideas Ability to multitask & manage variety of tasks
