If you share CADDi's mission, vision, and culture, we invite you to be part of our journey.ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for our B2B SaaS Product, "Drawer". As the Field Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in both business development and long-term strategyYou will be responsible for overseeing sales metrics and managing the entire sales administration process, from lead generation to closing dealsIn collaboration with the Head of APAC, you will focus on expanding the Drawer business and building a high-performance sales team in Taiwan to ensure customer successYou're expected to cover the business development role in the early phase and strategy and organization planning in the long term to achieve rapid growth in the marketYou're required to collaborate with various professionals, therefore you need to have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environmentJOB RESPONSIBILITIESSet and execute team goals and metrics (KGI/KPI)Suggest and implement improvements in the inside sales administration processCoordinate department projects to meet deadlinesReport on sales metrics and suggest improvementsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecastsResearch and discover methods to increase customer engagementEnsure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are metBuild an open-communication environment for your teamProduce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficientlyMonitor progress and submit performance reportsConduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movementsControl budgets and allocate resources among projectsSource new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsUnderstand customer needs and requirementsRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasResearch accounts, identify key players, and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospectsPropose and implement strategies to scale Drawer business in Asia market together with head of CADDi APACRequirementsBASIC QUALIFICATIONSProven work experience as field sales representative, especially in B2B Software salesHands on experience with CRM software and MS ExcelIn-depth understanding of the sales administration processExcellent interpersonal and team management skillsStrong analytical, leadership and organizational skillsNumerical abilities and problem-solving attitudeAnalytical and creative thinkingExquisite communication and interpersonal skillsStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayExcellent verbal and written communications skillsProfessional English skillPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in the manufacturing or relevant industryProven sales experience in software industryTrack record of over-achieving quotaAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyExperience in business development, consulting, or digital transformation projectJapanese Language is plus but not required.BenefitsAnnual paid leave: as the regulation in Labor Standards ActSick LeaveMaternity LeaveSalary review: twice a yearAnnual health check-upIntensive training program (external or internal training courses, etc)Company awardsHybrid work environment to be discussed if that is the best way to maximize the productivity and performanceOthers: Win Party, Year-end-party, team building, etcOriginally posted on Himalayas
