Stay up-to-date with T-Mobile products, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance to customers.

Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and call handling times.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficient with basic computer applications and comfortable learning new software.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus.
