Systems Performance Engineer
Location: 100% Remote (work area Southeast region)
Length: 12+ months contract
Payrate: $50.00
Schedule: TBD
Qualifications
• 5+ years RF optimization experience (Telecom/Ericsson market experience strongly preferred).
• Hands‑on with LTE/NR KPIs, HO tuning, neighbor planning, tilt optimization, and interference mitigation.
• Proficiency with TrueCall/AirWave/RTT or equivalent post‑processing tools.
• Familiarity with Ericsson RAN parameters and scripting conventions.
• Strong documentation discipline; ability to produce audit‑ready closeout packages.
Tooling & Access Requirements
• Read/write access to TrueCall, AirWave, RTT, OSS/config systems, RET controllers, parameter scripts repository.
• Access to market golden parameter baselines (POR) and acceptance KPI definitions.
• Ability to consume/export drive test outputs if/when provided.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication with Integration, NOC/Operations, and Drive Test teams.
Nice to Have
• Experience defining/operationalizing SLA‑based milestone deliveries.
• Direct experience with Ericsson ENM/AMOS interactions
• Experience with DMAT tool or alternative tools used to review Drive Test Data for optimization
• other alternatives include TEMS, Nemo, Actix, ROMES, XCAL/XCAP (Accuver), R&S QualiPoc/SmartBenchmarker, and ThinkRF
