KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Acceptable facilitation skills. Immediate supervision required. Competent to work independently on a few activities and requires general direction for most activities. 5% Limited systems analysis work. 10% Applies acceptable modeling principles and practices. 20% Responsible for fulfilling end-user requests. 25% Assists in maintaining simple applications/systems. 40% Qualifications: EDUCATION Associates degree or equivalent work experience EXPERIENCE 0+ Years with Associates degree or 3+ years’ work experience COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS Communicates directly with internal and external customers.
