System Analyst eLearning and Survey Training (Remote/Flexible)

About the positionThe System Analyst for eLearning and Survey Training will support Insulet's commercial expansion through business analysis and IT support across the entire business entity. Insulet, a leading provider of insulin control solutions, is expanding its Customer Facing Software End-to-End team. Working in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, the successful candidate will support Insulet's commercial expansion with new products, new markets, and new functions through business analysis and general IT support across the entire business entity.Responsibilities • Gather requirement for eLearning and survey platforms • Configure and test eLearning and survey platforms • Integrate platforms with Salesforce and other enterprise systems • Ensure development and support processes are maintained utilizing appropriate internal controls • Oversee end-to-end user experience for third-party training and platforms • Deploy Solutions to increase overall user experience • Collect and analyze data • Recommend improvement to enhance user experience • Address ad hoc requests for reporting and analysis • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify optimization opportunities • Support planning and business case development using data and analysis • Assist with new technology requirements development, evaluation, and implementation planning Requirements • Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Information Technology, or Business Process or related field • 1+ years' experience with Docebo or other Learning Management System (LMS) hands-on system administration, customization and configuration • API integrations with Salesforce, reporting and analytics, user and role management, and course authoring and automation • 1+ years' experience as an analyst providing reporting, trending, key metric analysis and system process design • Hands-on experience building and implementing LMS solutions, including integrations with Salesforce and other enterprise platforms • Experience with a global growth-oriented manufacturing company • Ability to influence, navigate, and communicate with top leaders across the organization • Experience with configuring technology and understanding current technology concepts, including Agile, SAFe, APIs, CRM system configuration and integration Nice-to-haves • Experience with Qualtrics or other survey platforms • Experience in the Medical Device industry and/or management consulting focused on business process improvement • Success leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in a work environment • Strong communication both oral and written combined with relationship-building and presentation skills • Experience working cross-functionally and cross-culturally • Deep knowledge of internal controls, policies, and procedures • Strong strategic thinker and problem solver • Ability to translate solutions into viable action plans at a global level • Ability to build business relationships and influence without authority • Self-motivated, high energy, respectful, honest, and hard-working with a high standard of integrity • Ability to partner with leadership to define strategy and targets • Adept in identifying KPIs and leading metrics Benefits • 100% remote working arrangements • Base salary range of $69,600.00 - $104,400.00 Apply tot his job
