Manage and maintain Deloitte's virtualized infrastructure, with a focus on VMWare technology.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the virtualized environment.
Implement and maintain best practices for virtualization and system administration.
Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth integration of systems and applications.
Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and updates.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for virtualization processes and procedures.
Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency within the virtualized environment.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in virtualization and system administration.
Provide support and assistance to end-users and other IT team members as needed.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and maintenance.
Maintain security and compliance standards for the virtualized environment.
Work closely with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and ensure the virtualized environment meets those needs.
Attend training and conferences to continuously enhance skills and knowledge in virtualization and system administration.
