Title: System Administrator/Technician Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of extension for another Year... Location: 100% REMOTE BUT (Candidates MUST be Wisconsin resident or Willing to relocate) Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI at their own expense prior to starting the role. Position is fully remote within the State of WI Top Skills & Years of Experience: • Proficiency in using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. • Configuring and maintaining mailboxes, including email forwarding, shared mailboxes, and email security settings. • Implementing and maintaining security measures in M365 to safeguard data and applications. • Answering support tickets, assisting end users with issues related to Microsoft 365 and other cloud applications. • Working with and educating users on best practices and new features of M365. • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with users and stakeholders. Nice to Have Skills • Experience in administering Microsoft 365 suite is important. • Familiarity with Active Directory, Intune, and/or Zoom a plus. • Knowledge of IAM systems and two factor authentication, in particular Okta, also preferred.
