System Administrator - AWS & Windows (SRE/BI)

As a Windows & Cloud (AWS) SRE, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure (mainly AWS), automating core processes, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our systems—with a strong focus on Windows Server environments. You’ll work closely with fellow team members and other departments (such as Development and BI), making a significant impact on our products and internal processes. We're looking for someone proactive, with a strong technical foundation in the Microsoft ecosystem and a drive for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure following best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security, and high availability (HA). Administer and optimize Windows Server operating systems (including Active Directory, GPOs) at an advanced level. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate deployments and testing. Create and maintain automation scripts (mainly in PowerShell; Bash is a plus). Support and manage key platforms and applications, including BI tools like Pentaho and automation platforms like N8N. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis, mainly in Windows environments. Collaborate with development teams to set standards, improve processes, and support DevOps practices. Manage cloud infrastructure security (certificates, KMS, WAF, Security Groups, etc.). Administer relational databases like MySQL/MariaDB. Linux administration experience (CentOS/Ubuntu) is a plus. Requirements BI Experience: Previous work with BI teams and solid knowledge of data architecture Experience: 4+ years in SysAdmin, SRE, or DevOps roles, mainly in Windows environments Windows Server: Advanced administration skills Cloud: Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, VPC, etc.); Google Cloud is a plus Automation: Jenkins, Pipelines, Terraform, and strong PowerShell scripting Networking: Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and security groups Databases & Containers: MySQL/MariaDB, Docker, AWS ECS Security: SSL/TLS certificates, KMS Monitoring: System performance monitoring and troubleshooting Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English Collaboration: Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams. Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus Points!)
