The IT Department owns all technology needs for Dandy. In this role, you’ll assist the IT Corporate Team with various tasks to ensure the high reliability of the IT infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to demonstrate many skills at once and the ability to learn new things quickly. We are rapidly expanding and will have many opportunities for this role to develop. If you like working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving and improving, this is an excellent place for you!What You'll DoAssist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripheralsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network, server, and workstation systems, and cloud systemsMonitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of all IT systemsManage user accounts and access controls, including Active Directory and other authentication mechanismsProvide technical support to end-users, including remote supportAssist with IT projects and initiatives as neededStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of ITParticipate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident responseOn-site office support to be provided two to three days per week, with additional support available as neededWhat We're Looking For 3-6 years of professional experience working in an IT role Knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANsFamiliarity with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory, and Google WorkspaceExperience with Windows operating systems and hardwareFamiliarity with macOS operating systems and hardwareStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBonus Points ForRelevant industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft MCPExperience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Google Experience with Asset ManagementExperience with automation systems, like Better Cloud and ZapierFamiliarity with scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Bash, PythonUnderstanding of ITIL principles and best practicesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldFor full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
