Job Description Your Mission As a System & Network Administrator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our Tech infrastructure. You’ll work closely with the DevOps & IT team to deliver measurable impact and help us scale efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include : Your key responsibilities will include: Lead the implementation and configuration of new infrastructure solutions to improve performance, reliability, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and increase server capacity to meet business needs. Apply system updates, patches, and configuration changes to maintain operational excellence. Analyze system logs and identify potential issues for proactive resolution. Ensure continuous improvement through technology watch and knowledge sharing. Document processes and keep procedures up to date. Participate in on-call rotations for incident management Qualifications What We’re Looking For We’re looking for builders who move fast, think big, and care deeply about creating impact that lasts. Your profile: Proven experience of 3+ years in system and network administration or a strong ability to learn fast. Solid understanding of Linux systems (Debian, RedHat), networking, virtualization, and automation tools . Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Data-driven, structured, and always looking for ways to improve. Fluent in English and French .
