6 months + possibility of extension - contract
2 days/week on-site in Sunnyvale, CA - rest remote
Requirements:
• MUST HAVE Adobe Fusion, Certifications will help!
• Any of the other Adobe certs below are a strong bonus!
• Adobe Workfront Core Developer Professional
• Adobe Workfront Project Manager Professional
• Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert (preferred)
• Adobe Workfront for Experience Manager Enhanced Connector Expert
• Attend discovery sessions for implementations and enhancements
• Provide end-to-end configuration of all objects for large systems changes and optimizations in alignment with the approved architectural design
• Support end user requests and updates; monitor and action on help queue tickets, email and Slack communications. Conduct support shifts where applicable.
• Conduct ongoing systems audits and operational updates to configuration (e.g. user access, template updates, report updates, etc.), collaborating with the Lead Sys Admin as needed
• Support updates to design documentation and configuration workbooks as they relate to configuration optimization
• Provide system configuration recommendations and Advise on custom form streamlining
• Support user acceptance testing and training; work with the Lead Sys Admin to create test scripts; update any bugs found during testing
• Support training, office hours, or other end-user support and education functions as needed
