Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Monitor and report on customer feedback to help improve our services. Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Requirements Fluency in Swedish and a good command of English; other languages are a plus. Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
