Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools. Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Requirements Fluency in Swedish (C1 - C2) Very good command of English (B2 – C1) Good MS Office skills. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Excellent communication and presentation skills. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively..
